Woke up at 8 am to get ready for amsterdam. Changed and took a nap until my 10am arrival. Started searching for my Cser luc who I found 20 minutes later. He had biked a bike for me and I hopped on with my stuff for the 5 minute
bike to our cafe where we had hot cocoa (this whole no caffeine thing sucks for
europe everyone wants to go to a
coffee shop! Lol) and it rained. Biked another 20 minutes to his house- he gave me a key and some maps and he went to sleep (he worked the night shift) and I explored the city. Hopped public transit to the central station and looked for the
amsterdam historical museum complete with paintings from old times. I then walked to the Anne frank house but the line was really long so I went s
hopping and found this old cinema before meeting Luc at 6pm for pancak
e dinner (similar to crapes). We had bacon mushroom cheese and apple cinnamon sugar. Quite tastey. We then walked the
red light district, and headed to a couple more places before grabbing a Doner Kabob-- french fries and some other fried food. then Luc bucked me on the back of his bike all the way home
